Long Beach, California, America’s second largest port is under siege from unsold cars. Day after day, thousands of cars roll off container ships, normally destined for dealerships around the country.
The Lexus RC coupe will bow at the Tokyo motor show later this month. The RC 350 will sport the 3.5-liter V6 while the RC 300h will get a 2.5-liter four with a hybrid system. Lexus says the RC was built to raise the brand's profile with a broader audience.

Last month we revealed that the 2010 facelift for the Nissan Qashqai was actually running ahead of the original plan, and instead of a Summer launch as we first thought, Nissan now plans to have the 2010 Qashqai on the roads in March. We reckoned that Nissan would release first details on the facelifted Qashqai early this month, so we’re pleased to see that we were bang on the money with the first pictures of the 2010 Qashqai dropping in to our inbox this morning.
